The past weekend has been simple FANTASTIC. The weather, events, environments: ALL JUST PERFECT For the first time in a loooong time, I really wish the weekend didn’t end. There was constant food (and it’s consumption ), lots of little kids running around, the thickest grass I’ve ever seen beneath my feet…GOOD TIMES.

Let’s run through the weekend…

Saturday: Took まゆ to a dog park near the house. Was good. She ran around lots, got run over by some larger dogs (Rotts, Pitts, Labs, etc. ), we out to get my hair cut in Bryn Mawr…

OMG. About time. Finally feel like myself again Kept the one side longer than the other. But I might get that shorter side trimmed a little more at some point in time? Who knows.

Don’t remember what we had for dinner…because I didn’t make it hurrhurrrhurrrrrrrrr

Anyway, SUNDAY: spent a bit of the morning clean, doing laundry, sheets, etc. Headed out to Uncle’s house around 1:30PM and got there around 2something? Anyway, once we got there, it was an endless blur of food, food, eating, food and chilling. We started letting まゆ off her lead a little at a time. She likes to play with things that are challenging: bigger dogs, bigger balls, bigger toys… She found and tried to beat up a soccer ball She got to “socialize” with lots of little kids so that’s good. Hopefully she won’t hate them (she was better behaved than most of the kids ). We hung out until dark and left around 8PM. Got home around 9? Who knows? Vacuumed, put the sheets back on the bed, putting bits & bobs away. Fell asleep pretty quick. It was a long day full of eating, walking around & more eating.

The weather was fantastic: SUNNY, warm, dry Can’t wait for more parties! Gonna end this for now. Got some groceries to pick up! Later later!
