Jen & Tom Watch Beck Day

HouseFor reasons unknown, we never do anything on Saturdays…even though we plan all our cleaning for that day. All of it gets done on SUNDAY! SO, we spent most of yesterday finishing Super Rookie and we’ve started Beck M.C.S. today. We’ve already done 8/26 episodes already!! :horror: The eps are a little under 30 minutes (but even less minus the opening, ending and lil blurb between for the commercial). Oh man, at this point, we’ll be plowing through series on the weekends!! Please make any suggestions for series we can check out (dorama, anime). We’re somewhat looking for FOOD series like Ne Ireum Eun SamSoon, Yakitate!! Japan, Lunch Queen and the like. Though we’ll be interested in almost anything!!

Other than that….yeah. It’s basically how we spend our free time these days, most recently anyways. We’re on the dorama + anime line again. It’s as close as we can get to “watching TV”.

Anyways, got some chores to do tomorrow so gonna turn in early :relieved: We already got groceries & some cat litter today. We got it out of the way early…so we could watch copious amounts of anime :joke: Other than that…yeah. Not much to say really :blue:

  • I clean a little everyday to keep clutter down. I still need to clean out our new little car.

    On the tv front I'm watching lots of House MD too. I've wanted to watch Nip/Tuck but it was too ...medical for me to watch. oh! and if you haven't watched it and are into that sort of thing.. I highly recommend True Blood.
  • All we really need to do is move like 8 boxes/totes down the the storage room in the basement. And I don't know why it's taking so damn long for me to do it. That's pretty much all that annoys me out of the corner of my eye these days. Besides that, everyday cleaning is a must. Besides all the stuff I have, it's the stuff that needs cleaning on a daily basis like dishes. I dunno why but having dishes in the sink is one of my BIGGESSSSSSST peeves of all time.

    Huu, Nip/Tuck...was too much for me. I tried an ep (actually when it FIRST came out) and it just creeped me out. I can handle dead-things-dissection in science labs but this is...on a voluntary human being...who's alive. OY. Gross. Buffy was my hero at some point in time. The problem is....will I be able to DL it?!! *We're watching things we have on DVD or DLing. We don't have TV service....cuz we're cheap XD
  • I watched the whole series off a torrent. I think I just searched on http://btjunkie.org/ and found all that had been released. I really agree with you on the whole living-human-being deal. *shudder* It sucks because the show seemed to be pretty good and i love Julian McMahon as an actor (he's so wonderfully evil). Alas. If you need any more help finding True Blood I can help you out.
  • WOOT! Thanks! I'll show that to Tomato (since we DL/watch all our shows on his computer). Don't know how he'll feel about vampies but whatever, I've never heard of that BT site...I've been on mininova & isohunt but that's about it. Sankyuu!
  • mininova has given me malware multiple times. BT usually has everything I'm looking for.
  • I enjoy my Sundays by watching House M.D (<3) with my boyfriend and his family. It's much fun and relaxing. Just enjoy them because you won't how many you have before things become busy. Still , I think its fine because you are getting the cleaning done.
  • I've seen an ep or two of House and it is hilarious (the bits are). I'm not really into drama-tic sorts though I enjoy comedies greatly (think Scrubs). Sankyuu! Things get done eventually. Though it's the point that we make the plans and yet we break them that kind of irks me ;;^^

  • I really kinda wish I was busy slaving away at work! It's weird, I come from a family who doesn't know what to do with free time except squeeze in chores or "extra credit". HAHAH! So sad...

  • I miss living at home and not having so many chores to do XD I never cleaned the kitchen and here I'm doing it every night! (wiping up stuff so the cats won't lick...oy!). Anyways, maybe I'm just psychotic?

    The more I spend my time not doing much, the more my mind wanders and the more I miss the Tomato! Oh mang, talk about being needy...hahaha!

  • Gyah, tis true. I'll be missing them when I start working x_x though...with two cats in a small apartment...the fur kinda kicks up the allergen count! SNEEZERY!
