At some point, we randomly decided to see Sum 41 (of which we were not aware we still active). They were in Philly at the TLA on 11/15 Thurs. Thursday. I feel too old to be going out on a weeknight. But we did and it was GLORIOUS.

I basically got home from work, pre-gamed and changed. Tomato got home, changed and we left – taking a bus towards South Philly. We met up with Tomato’s co-worker+1, my friend and my co-worker. We had some more beer, had a grand ol’ time with the opening bands. Got to mosh. Moshed with one of the opening bands?! Fought off some sweaty guys and overall a FANTASTIC SHOW.

Sum 41 is a great show for letting loose and going mad. Stress-relief? I think so! But that’s just my sort of preference I suppose. Despite it being years from the last time I connected with punk bands, I’m still a punk-lovin’ kid.
