MAYUdesu.

OMG. I had intended to blog soooooooooooooooo long ago but ever since Mayu took over my life, I don’t have time for ANYTHING except…Mayu. This is our new Shiba Inu pup. She’s roughly between 10-11 weeks old now and is such a little troublemaker. Her name “Mayu” is “eyebrows” in Japanese and we’ve been caring for her for a little over a week (got her March 7th). So far, she’s a very quick learner, knows her name, Comes when she feels like & is getting Sit & Down pretty quickly since we got her. Good stuff. She looks like a cat from behind Practically no shedding and is like a fleece blanket to touch Fluffbutt wants to try and play with the cats but they don’t understand her need to “play”

Everyone is enamored by her THOUGH she is really only interested in those who “have something” for her. I take her to work with me most of the week and she sleeps like a rock in her bed. My family likes to pester her while she sleeps…since she doesn’t respond Still in the process of getting her to go on the cement since I work in the city. She prefers grass but Philly is pretty…FILTHY and I won’t risk her getting any illnesses/parasites/etc. from the polluted grass lots.

That’s about it for now. Got quite a few things to do and I now really have NO TIME. I spend most of the time making sure she doesn’t gnaw at anything inappropriate, stay entertained & goes in the right places (outside). I have to wait until she sleeps to do anything for myself (shower, eat, etc.). OHMAHGAHHHHHHHHHHHD. This is what being a fulltime mother must be like.
